Chapter 4: The Plan

 

Kitten: Ok, you guys. This is a long one so get comfortable.
Remember how I said my father disappeared? 
I fear that father has ventured into the Phantom Kingdom, a place
filled to the brim with phantom's and evil. Mother says she believes
father was captured the Phantom King, the main source
to all of the evil. 
I think that if this is the case...
we need to go to the Phantom Kingdom. 
Finn: Whoa there, Kitten. Did you hit your head the other day 
or somethin'?
Pluto: Yeah, Kit, this sounds really crazy, even for you. 

Kitten: Please, you guys. I really need to find out
what happened to father, and you know I can't go to the Phantom
Kingdom alone. 
I show them the recipe I found behind the bookcase.

Finn: *looks at Pluto skeptically. Finally, let's out a sigh.* 
I can't believe I'm doing this. Fine, Kitten. Let's do it.

Pluto: If Finn's in, I'm in. I'd do anything to get away from my

mom right now. 

Kitten: Thanks. You guys are the best! 
Ok, here's a closer look at the recipe I found.

Finn: Moss, black ice, a bandaide, and water
from a waterfall?? Where do we even get these ingredients?

Pluto: I think we can find these items in 4 different Jamaa lands!
Moss from Sarepia Forest, black ice from Mt. Shiveer,

Finn: a Bandaide from Gabby's Animal Hospital in Kimbara, (I
would know that; I've hurt myself way to many times)

Kitten: and there's a waterfall in Coral Canyons! Pluto, you're a genius!
Pluto: I know!

Kitten: Alright, team. Let's go find these ingredients!

Chapter 3: Meet the Friends

This was looking to be a very

important mission. The only thing missing?

My friends! 

Kitten: I hope they don't have anything planned...

**RING RING**

Finn: Yeeeeelo? Who is this?

Kitten: Hey, Finnald! Um, it's me, Kitten, just calling

on the landline, obviously. I need your help with something

at my house. 

Finn: Dude, I told you it's Finn from now on. 

Finnald sounds weird. But whatever. 

Be there in 5.

Kitten: Cool, see ya there. Bye.

FINNALD. 

**RING RING**

Kitten: Pluto, you there?

Pluto: Yup. Hey, Kit. 

Kitten: Hey, I need your help with something

at my house. Can you com?

Pluto: Sure can do! I'll be there in 5.

Kitten: Cool, cya there!

Pluto's mom: PLUTO, DID YOU SWEEP THE HOUSE YET?!

Pluto: NO, MOM, I'M TALKING TO KITTEN!

PATIENCE. 

Pluto's mom: YOU DID NOT JUST SAY 

'PATIENCE' TO ME-

Kitten: Um, bye. 

- 5 minutes later -

Kitten: Hey guys, thanks for meeting me at such short notice. 

Finn, did you really have to bring you DJ set?

Finn: Obviously. What do you think I would do otherwise, 
just leave it at home? 

Kitten: ANYWAYS. Back to the meeting.
* Kitten looks around and sees her mom eyeing her
suspiciously. *
Kitten: Actually, let's take this to our secret spot. 

Kitten: Are you guys ready to here a *cough cough AWESOME cough cough*
plan?!

Finn + Pluto: YEAH!
Kitten: Then let's get started.

Chapter 2: The Recipe

Kitten: "Mother, what's the Phantom Kingdom?"
We were sitting exactly where we were, and it's been 
approximately 2 hours. 

Tutu: "The Phantom Kingdom is a world filled to the brim

with thousands of phantoms. And only there you will find...

The Phantom King. I feel that he is the one that has

father, and if I'm right, he could be in mortal danger."

Kitten: GASP. "No! We have to save him then!"

I start pacing. 

Kitten: "Wait, how do we even get to the Phantom Kingdom?

Tutu: SIGH. Alright, I guess it's time I told you. Do you ever wonder

why there are so many books in this house, Kitten?"

Kitten: "Uh, no. I just thought you were a nerd."

She shoots me a look. 

Kitten: Ok, ok, sorry mother. 

Tutu: "Mmm hmm. Anyways no, Kitten, I've actually

been reading on how to get into the Phantom Kingdom. 

See, the Phantom Kingdom is in the Phantom Dimension 

and, from what I figured out, it can only be accessed 

through a portal that one must make. I wrote down a list of 

ingredients, or a recipe I should say, and it's hidden behind 

one of the bookshelves.  I, unfortunately, don't 

have much time left. I'm too old for this Kitten. I wasted my

whole life just trying to figure out how to save him, without 

actually doing it."

She starts to quietly sob. 

Kitten: "No, mother, you've actually done something great! 

Now we have the exact information on how to get into the 

Phantom Dimension! So, where's that recipe?"

Tutu: "Right behind here."

She pulls one book back and it immediately shoots forward. 

Tutu: "Pretty cool right?"

Kitten: "Um, pretty EPIC!" 

I grab the recipe and start to skim over it.

Hmm, we still need someone to complete

Mother's mission, though. 

Kitten: *BIG GASP* "Mother! What if I went to the

Phantom Kingdom?"

Tutu: "Ehh, I don't know Kitten. It's a very dangerous

task. Are you sure you'd be up for it?"

Kitten: "Oh I'm sure Mom. And I know just who to call."

Chapter 1: Memories

*YAWN* I sit up, blinded by the amount of sun     
coming through my window. "Ah it's so bright!" 

As I go to put my curtains over the window, I look 

and see the last portrait my father gave me 

 before he disappeared that night. But 

what I don't understand is the message he gave me after. 

"Look to the sky, for far beyond the emperor is the prize you all seek."

 He was an artist, and would always try and scout  

for more adventures and masterpieces.

 

I walk into the kitchen to see my mother, Tutu, with a blank

stare on her face. She hasn't been her self, ever since father

disappeared. 

Kitten: Mother? Can I ask you some questions

about father? 

Tutu: Ok, go ahead Kitten. You've always been 

the curious out of all of us. 

Kitten: Where is father? Why did he tell me what he did? 

How did he get to where he is?

Tutu: Ok Kitten, I guess you deserve to the know the truth. 

The answer to all of your questions is...
